Emrah Özçelebi has started his career as a MCT in a multinational Microsoft Training Center in 1998.Worked with leading Microsoft enterprise customers as a trainer and a consultant. In 2002 switched to Linux platform and started working in JEE platforms. Working with JSE, JEE and Python since 2002. Since then deployed many government and defence projects along with B2C applications. He is experienced in NoSQL platforms as well with extensive knowledge and experience in Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB, Neo4J, ElasticSearch, ApacheSpark, TwitterHeron/ApacheStorm, Kafka.At the moment leading the Machine Learning team and Development team developing solutions for utility companies.
Serkan Arslan, has 17 years of software and consultancy technical experience with solution selling skills with C level touch nationally and internationally. He has started his career as as a network specialist in 1999. In 2008, moved to Application Lifecycle Management solutions trainer and consultant on Analysis&Design, Requirements Management, Change & configuration management, Testing and Project Management for Government, aerospace, defence, banking,finance.
After graduating from Hacettepe University Computer Engineering Department in 1994, Aydın KUCUKCONGAR started to work as a software developer in a public institution. He was promoted to head of software development department in 2010. He retired from the public institution in 2021 and still continues his career in the private sector.
S. Barış Dinler graduated from the Department of International Relations, he worked in the field of Foreign Trade and International Finance, and subsequently led national and international IT projects for the last 20 years. He has successfully implemented e-government, B2G and B2B projects in the fields of health, finance, education, defense and cyber security in Turkey and different regions of the world.
